This foolishness is very common, and there are reasons for it. Why does it happen? Yes, because the one who makes sites does not want to strain the client costs for a photo shoot, and naturally does not want to delay the start of work on the site, because it will delay payment for his work. It is easier for him to find and put someone else's photos than to ask the clinic to conduct a photo shoot, wait for the result and use their live photos.
This is radically different from what all my clients hear. Before we start any work on the site, all my clients hear one message from me.

What and how to take pictures at the clinic
Portraits of doctors
Usually, the site uses both wide horizontal photos and for small vertical portraits in the proportion of 10/15.
In horizontal photos, the doctor should preferably be seated comfortably next to the rig, offset slightly to the left or right of the center of the frame. In the background, you can turn on the lights and open the lens aperture to get a soft diverging light in the background.

Showing continuity
